Creating the Partnership
I learn from you about your program - children, families, staff, community. We look beyond your short-term needs for development or accountability to weave in your dreams for the ideal program you dream of building. Most of all, I learn what structural staffing supports your program needs to thrive in the short and long term.

Individualizing the Plan
We choose from an open-ended set of possibilities, ranging from traditional observations and meetings, to side-by-side teaching, planned release time for staff, and even substituting for absences or staff transitions. We figure out together how to leverage my relationship with your program to address your dreams and needs. We build out a coaching structure and schedule.

Providing Ongoing Support
I make pre-planned and on-demand visits based on your plan to provide multiple support layers. Mentoring is a peer-to-peer, relationship-based partnership. I keep observation, documentation, and facilitated reflection at the forefront of my approach. I also facilitate classroom and administrative staff communication and develop professional development experiences.
